When we receive this completed form we will contact you by e-mail that we have received it.
We will set a time to speak with you about your Wedding or Special Event.
We will pencil in your requested date. We will hold the date for 10 business days.
We require a $100.00 Non-refundable deposit by Check or Money Order to retain our services.
You will receive a letter of Conformation and an Estimate for Services to be provided.
Cancellation must be in Writing.
A portion of your funds may be deducted for cancellation of our services, vendors, venues, etc. you will be informed of those charges
in the contract.
We Accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa And Master Card
